- You are requested to write a report to critically assess Leadership & Teambuilding in a rapid growth company.
- You can choose (1) a company of your choice or (2) select one unicorn from the graph shown below, or (3) choose a company from rankings such as https://businesschief.eu/leadership-and-strategy/top-10-fastest-growing-companies-in-europe-in-2022
- You may prefer to choose a company in a particular sector you may be interested to develop your career in.
- In your essay, answer the following question: How can we address Leadership & Teambuilding in a rapid growth company such as (name of the company)?
- It is recommended that you choose a company that is well known, so lliteracy exists on this topic. You may find it and use it for your arguments.
- You may serve from the different models and theories reviewed in class.
- You must show critical thinking engagement in your essay, analyzing and evaluating the different topics that you talk about.
- Make sure to quote relevant publications, such as academic journals and books, to support your arguments. To find relevant publications, you may browse through Google Scholar, EBSCO or any other books/articles data base where you’ll find access to different academic publications.
