Question

Determine if your state of residence (NORTH CAROLINA) is a Right-to-Work state. Right-to-Work is a product of the Open-Shop Movement. Conduct research about this movement. (State website; professional organization; other resources). Understand its purpose and history. Then analyze the state you reside in. Has “Right-to-Work” or “Forced Unionization” been successful in your state. Explain why or why not.

• Write between 550 – 650 words (approximately 2 1/2 pages)using Microsoft Word in APA style.

• Use font size 12 and 1” margins.

• Include cover page and reference page.
