  1. You have a life insurance policy with the Long Life Insurance company and have decided to take a medical policy. So an arrangement has been made to have an insurance representative to visit you on Saturday March 25 2017 at 10 am.

However, the representative did not turn up until 12.00 pm. Moreover, when he came in your house, he did not take off his shoes. But what makes you angry was he kept talking to you about life insurance policies which you already have. When you tried to tell him that you only wanted a medical policy for your coverage, he totally ignored you.

Finally when he left your house, nothing was achieved and you felt that it was all a waste of time. Moreover you had taken a day’s leave for the appointment with the representative.

Write an appropriate letter of complaint to the Customers’ Service Manager of the company at Suite 33-B, Wisma ABC, Jalan Utara, Petaling Jaya. Please complete all necessary particulars.
