For this assignment you will be doing a comparison of a crime act using the United States and another country. If it is illegal in both countries you will do a comparison, if it is not illegal in one of the countries you will be contrasting the two countries. Your assignment will consist of the following information:
- What are the elements and penalty of the criminal act in each locality: Statute showing the elements and the sentence if found guilty
- You will then do an analysis on the demographics, culture, legislative type of government in both localities, and penalty for both crimes.
This analysis will be 2-3 pages long.
