• Title (Dr, Mr, Ms, Mrs)
• Gender (Male/Female)
• Birthday
• Age

Create 4 different interaction styles ( draw on paper or use a graphical editor)

1. Command Language (show input)
2. Form-Fill In
3. Menu Selection (exclude first name, middle name, last name)
4. Direct Manipulation (exclude first name, middle name, last name)
