before 1950. This individual can be from any nation and can have worked in any
part of the film industry. You will write three FULL pages explaining why this person
is an important figure, using scholarly research to support your statements.
You must reference at least TWO SCHOLARLY SOURCES. Scholarly sources include articles from academic journals or books published by university presses. They DO NOT include popular journalism such as newspaper reviews or magazine interviews.
You must use quotes from your research to support the biographical information you are providing about this individual. You must use proper MLA format to cite your sources and include a Works Cited page. Your last name and page numbers should be in the upper right corner of each page.
