The paper will be composed of two parts:

Part I: State the overall strategy to support S.H.E an event planning company to be a top choice for clients when planning any event no matter the size (small or large). In technical terms such as pricing, differentiation, and responsiveness.

Part II: Provide an initial demand forecast for S.H.E. for the first six months of operation. Discuss the technical rationale for your forecasting method and why it is better than other methods of forecasting.
