Read the case,focus on the Emergency Accident Remediation Services (EARS). Do the following research：
—Research emergency response teams that are similar to EARS in the west to see whether there is competition or a market there to expand to and grow the EARS team
o Further west, potentially across the country
o If there is competition, see how they are doing and consider consulting with these teams – higher margin with consulting rather than expanding trucking regions
o Expand their region for EARS – if they are shutting down Bathurst and Moncton, so consider trying to take over their area o Consider adding a director for the EARS team to start consulting
