Research Current Literature

Research current literature and incorporate professional experiences related to human measurements for performance goals and objectives in your organization. The requirement for this assignment is to prepare a 3–5-page paper (real-world deliverable) on organizational behavior, organizational culture, and management as it relates to your organization. Provide enough specific information to successfully support your response. You must cite at least 3 peer-reviewed journals or scholarly sources.

Your paper should include the following:

• Introduction (overview of the paper)  
• Literature Review (a discussion of the current literature)  
• Application (real-world situation and professional and personal experiences)  
• Conclusion (concluding remarks)  

The cover and reference pages are not included in the 3–5 page count.

Question

The external environment of an organization comprises of all the entities that exist outside its boundary but have significant influence on its growth and survival.  An organization has little or no control over its environment but needs to constantly monitor and adapt to these external changes.  Share a recent example from business news about an external organizational challenge, how the company addressed it (internal factors), and what you would do differently and why.
