Privacy Website for a Consumer Advocacy Group

You work in the privacy department of a new consumer advocacy group and have been asked to:

  1. draw up the content for a website that will explain in simple terms the basic privacy protections granted to consumers under various federal statutes, and
  2. the appropriate avenues of legal recourse for enforcing those rights.

As part of this exercise, you have been asked to flag the ease with which a consumer can assert each right, perhaps using a color-coded scale or other notation system to differentiate, say, situations where customers would be forced to bring expensive litigation versus situations where they might make a simple complaint.

Because this content is to be translated into a webpage format, it shouldn’t be more than 5 double spaced pages in length, including any graphics or illustrations you might choose to incorporate.
