Evaluate Personal Risks when Faced with an Ethical Dilemma Instructions In a case study, identify a time when you faced an ethical dilemma and took a risk as an employee or leader within an organization because of your ethical standards. Clearly describe the situation and include the positions of the people involved. Provide the necessary details to articulate, in essence, the case study. Then, describe what you learned from this experience. Ascertain from what perspective (political, human nature, dialogical, situational, religious, utilitarian, legislative) you approached this ethical dilemma. Evaluate the ethical communication techniques you employed working towards a resolution. Determine the perspective other individuals that were involved used to approach the ethical dilemma. Conclude by providing recommendations for any ineffective steps taken that could have been executed in a more effective manner. Support your case study with at least five scholarly resources.

Compare and the contrast the political ideologies of any TWO (2) political ideologists from the following periods in western history:

• The Age of Revolution :from the late 18th to mid-19th century – Bentham, Hegel , Tocqueville

The Project must include :
a. A brief biographical sketch of EACH of the ideologists selected. (10 marks)
b. A brief history of developments in the time period in which the TWO (2) ideologists lived. (10 marks )
c. An explanation ( with the aid of a chart or table ) of at least FOUR (4) similarities and /ordifferences between political philosophies of the two ideologists . (20 marks )
