Write a 250- to 300-word memorandum (see memorandum template under Student Materials) of how change management can help retain or promote employee loyalty by taking into account:
- Motivating and encouraging individuals to stay engaged
- Monitoring employee performance through the control function of management
- Communicating the change process at both a strategic and tactical level
Add a 100- to 150-word attachment (or last page) to your memorandum of what specific five to six obtainable motivational rewards will be implemented in your specific company and information on how employees will be able to obtain each of these rewards.
Format your memorandum consistent with APA guidelines, with a reference page and corresponding in-text citations.
Provide at least three scholarly references.
Write in third person for all academic papers; do not use personal pronouns.
