Question 1

Use either your current position or a position that you would like to obtain to create job duties and at least three KSAOs (knowledge, skills, abilities, and other characteristics).

Answer the following questions in 350 words for each KSAO:

• Is the KSAO necessary prior to hiring, or can it be trained?
• What is the importance of each characteristic relative to the others?
• What is the approximate time the employee will spend on each duty?

Question 2

Name a character from a comic, movie, or story who possesses many of the characteristics of an epic hero. In great detail, name character and show how at least 3 of the characteristics of an epic hero apply to that character.

Question 3

Introduce your self and Tell us two (2) characteristics that you have which match a well-known leader. One of the characteristics should match a business leader and the other should match a political leader.
