In this discussion, you will explore the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA).  The Family Medical Leave Act provides time o for employees so they can deal with a serious medical condition of their own or one of a family member.  Employees in companies that have at least 50 employees are generally eligible for FMLA. Please review the Employee’s Guide to FMLA from the US Department of Labor and discuss the following:
