Research questions

1. Does work-family conflict affect the personal happiness of married employees with child(s) in Klang Valley area?
2. Does family-work conflict affect the personal happiness of married employees with child(s) in Klang Valley area?

Research Objectives

1. To investigate the significant of work-family conflict towards personal happiness of employees with child(s) in Klang Valley area.
2. To investigate the significant of family-work conflict towards personal happiness of employees with child(s) in Klang Valley area.

Hypothesis

H₁: Work-family conflict have a significant effect on the personal happiness of employees with child(s) in Klang Valley area.

H₂: Family-work conflict have a significant effect on the personal happiness of employees with child(s) in Klang Valley area.
