As you know, investing in management training is essential for any company. Most companies spend about 40% of its training budget on management training (Blanchard & Thacker, 2013). With this said, think about the competencies developed in management training in your company. Discuss the following:

-Suggest 2-3 competencies that all management training programs focus on when developing any level of management. What types of training courses would you recommend to develop these competencies?

-Provide additional competencies that companies should consider when training top executives. Provide examples of training courses that could assist with training this level of management.
