Create a power point slide presentation on enrollee rights. 

Create 3 scenarios how it would play out for PALs, Rights, and Call Center. Medicaid member Rachel is having difficulty getting her maintenance medication filled at her local pharmacy.  Rachel recently became eligible and enrolled into the Medicaid plan but forgot to see if her medication would be covered prior to enrolling. As she is requesting a refill from her pharmacy, she was advised that the medication was not covered. She informs the pharmacy that she has been on this medication for several years, and it has helped tremendously. The pharmacist advises Rachel to contact the member services number on the back of the card.
