The Pinellas County Commissioners are considering several approaches for dealing with the homeless population. Their goal for 2019-2020 is to reduce the homeless population by at least 20%. For this discussion answer the following questions:

Select a nursing theory and provide a concise summary of it. Provide an example in nursing practice where the nursing theory you selected would be effective in managing patient care.
