The field of databases is vast and touches upon many other fields in computer science. Your project is
to write a 10 page research paper (single space, 1 inch margins, 12pt font) .
It is expected that you will use IEEE citation format for the paper. Note, this does not mean you need to
make your paper two columns. Only use the citation format. Your topic should pull as resources papers
from recognized academic institutions through the library.
If you use websites, they need to be well documented and shown to be a reliable
source. Sources like Wikipedia are not acceptable.

every student, regardless of background, have the center review his or her paper at least once. Any

directly quoted from a source. Minimally, each paragraph after the introduction and the conclusion
