Every NEW (or MODIFIED) system requires new skills, either because the basic work processes have changed or because the computer system used to support the processes is different.You will develop a Training Plan.See Figure 13-8 for the different types of Training Methods.There are three (3) training types to consider – One-on-One, Classroom or Computer-Based.There are four (4) training elements to consider – Cost to Develop, Cost to Deliver, Impact, Reach.You decide!Click on the attached M/S Word file and copy-and-paste this Training Plan into your PROJECT file.In the table, enter which Training Approach (1-on-1, Classroom or Computer-Based) that you would like to utilize for your project.Once done, type the selected item in the box and then EXPLAIN in 5-7 sentences WHAT YOU PRESUME the Cost to Develop, Cost to Deliver, Impact, and Reach that are associated with your project.Read what is included in the Training Plan starting on page 488.Build upon your Systems Analysis Project Topic from the LIST provided in the course. You will build upon this project for the entire semester. A max of 3 students may choose the SAME topic on a first-come, first-serve basis.Your responses must be typed directly into the Systems Analysis Project TEMPLATE under the appropriate section heading.
