Discuss how picture-books can be used in the Early Years setting to combat prejudice and deficit thinking and to encourage the development of empathy and socially just attitudes in young children.

The three books you must refer to are; Yard Sale by Eve Bunting, Still a Family by Brenda Reeves Sturgis, and Fly Away Home by Eve Bunting, At least five references are required
